Unfortunately, if you do not contact with us, it means that you are not interested, your name will be removed from our list and the place will be given to the next family.

Families who refuse an offer but wish to stay on the waiting list will not be contacted again by the Centre. They will be moved to a retaining list and will remain there until they reach out to the Centre again. At that point, their file will become active.

Yes, families can be removed from the waiting list for various reasons. A child may be removed if they are no longer the appropriate age for our program, if the family requests removal, if the family fails to respond to an inquiry call about their interest, if the family cannot be reached due to a disconnected phone line, or if the family relocates without providing a forwarding contact number.

Tours are scheduled at a convenient time after consulting with parents. During the tour, the Director will go over our guidelines and policies, explain how our program operates, and provide the necessary enrollment forms. We welcome any questions about our program at that time. Parents are encouraged to bring their children along, and the tour typically lasts about an hour.

Yes, our Centre has a $100 non-refundable registration fee per family.

Currently, our capacity is 155 children.

Our Childcare Centre is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and closed on all statutory and civic holidays. Additionally, the Centre may close on Eid Day at the management’s discretion.

We use a software app that allows each educator and parent access to keep communication clear and up-to-date.

Through the app, you can communicate directly with your child’s educator to receive current updates about their day.
